Coaching skills for professionals
This training is for new coaches, moderators and people who wonder how to support teams to use innovation methods (e.g. Design Thinking) the best. It was developed together with other Design Factories from the DFGN to share content, expertise and provide a basic training to onboard people into coaching, e.g. Design Thinking.
What you can expect
Strengthen communication and conflict competencies
Learn for what and how mindset changers and warm-ups are useful
Try and test coaching scenarios with various role plays and feedback from the teams and reflect on example cases from coaches from the DFGN
